Crock pot cheesy hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) package hash brown potatoes
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ c. butter
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl combine all ingredients.

Place in an ungreased crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
