Spiced Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 Egg White (Slightly Beaten)
• 1 tsp Water
• 1/2 C Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ginger
• 1/4 tsp Cloves
• 1 Can (12 Oz.) Salted Cocktail Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat Egg White with Water Slightly. Pour into 10" Non Stick Skillet. MixSugar,& spices into Eggs. Add Peanuts, Stir Constantly until Peanuts are Coated & Dry.
