Ingredients
- 6 kale leaves (Tuscan cabbage)
- 2 large handfuls of parsley
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 celery sticks (plus leaves)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 lime
Preparation
Step 1
1.) Peel lime for a less bitter flavour.
2.) Wash all vegetables.
3.) Add produce through your juicer and enjoy!
Substitutions:
Kale – broccoli, zucchini, lettuce, spinach, chard (silverbeet)
Parsley – arugula(rocket), coriander
Cucumber – Celery, zucchini, jicama
Celery – Cucumber, zucchini, jicama
Zucchini – Green beans, chard(silverbeet), green pepper(capsicum)
Lime – yellow grapefruit, lemon
