Ingredients
- Crumb Pie Crust:
- 1 c. crushed crumbs (graham cracker, vanilla wafers, cornflakes, etc.)
- 2-3 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- Filling:
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. lemon or almond extract
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (21-oz.) can fruit pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine ingredients in 9" glass pie plate. Heat (HIGH) 1 minute, stirring once. Press evenly onto sides and bottom of dish. Heat (HIGH) 1 minute to "set" crust.
Filling:
Blend cheese, sugar, extract, and egg. Pour into crust. Microwave at 70% power for 6 minutes.
In same bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, and almond extract. Spread evenly over pie. Microwave, (HIGH) 2-3 minutes. Pour filling evenly on top. Chill.
