Green Beans - Quick Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1/2 tea. minced garlic
  • 3 tea. olive oil or butter
  • 1/4 tea. pepper
  • 1/4 tea. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Boil green beans for 2 minutes.

Mix garlic with oil/butter, let stand for 1 minute.

Heat the garlic mix in a skillet over medium heat.

Drain the beans and add to the skillet along with the salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with a bit of thyme if desired.
