Ingredients
- Dough: 1 package yeast
- 1 1/2 C water
- 2 T sugar
- 4 T olive oil
- 2 t salt
- 4 C flour
- Sauce: 1-8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1-8 oz can tomato paste
- 1/8 t thyme
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 t rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4 t caraway seeds
- 1/2 C water (optional)
- Meat: choice is yours (precooked)
- Cheese: 1/3 TO 1/2 lb mozzarella and monterry jack

Step 1
Mix dough ingredients well; knead 8-10 minutes; rise 1-2 hours.
Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan; simmer and cool.
Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
