Crust: combine crushed pretzels, melted margerine, and sugar. Press into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Cool. Mix together softend cream cheese, cool whip and sugar. Spread over pretzel crust. Combine jello with boiling water, stir in strawberries. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill before serving.
