- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 8 oz jar sharp Cheddar cheese spread
- 2 t mayonnaise
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t seasoned salt
- 1/2 pound of fresh crabmeat (I use canned meat)
- 6 English muffins, split
In a medium bowl, combine butter, cheese spread, mayo, garlic and seasoned salt.
Gently fold in the crabmeat.
Spread mixture on muffin halves and sprinkle with paprika.
Place on cookie sheet, cover well and freeze until ready to use.
Bake for 20 min or until browned and bubbly.
Slice into quarters to serve.
