Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Crisco
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 C Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Pint Sour Cream
  • 2 C Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • Topping
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 C Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Flour
  • 1/2 C Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven 350
Mix together until Fluffy- Crisco, Sugar & Eggs. Add Salt, Vanilla, & Sour Cream. Lastly add Flour, Baking Powder & Baking Soda. Mix Thoroughly.

Pour into 2 Cake Pans, then Add Topping.

Melt Butter & add Sugar, Cinnamon & Flour. Mix Well and Cover Cakes.

Bake 25-30 Minx. or until Done.
