Chicken Boca Raton
- 8 Chicken Breast (Boned not Skinnned)
- 1 Lg. Can Cling Peach Halves
- 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
- Italian Dressing
Marinate Chicken Breast in Italian Dressing for a Few Hours. Bake @ 350 for 45 mins. or until Tender. Drain some liquid from Pan. Mix Flour with a little Cold Water ( fprm a Paste). Drain juice from Peaches. Heat juice & add Flour Paste and Stir until it is Clear & Thickens.
Place a Peach Half on Each Chicken Breast ( anchor w/ toothpick). Pour some Juice over Chicken. Bake & Baste for 30 mins. Can Brown under Broiler for a Few Mins. ( Rita Stein)
