Christie's Crispy Barbeque Style Chicken

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp water
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/4 cups BASIC MIX
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 lbs chicken pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ketchup, vinegar, water, dry mustard and worchestershire sauce in a shallow dish.

Place the BASIC MIX in another shallow dish.

Place the flour in another shallow dish.

Dust chicken pieces with flour

Dip in ketchup mixture, then in Basic mix.

Place coated pieces on a large greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 40 - 45 minutes or until done.
