Ingredients
- 1 can 15oz white beans drained and rinsed
- 2 c sliced celery
- 1/2 c diced red onion
- 1 tsp gr pepper
- 2 tbl fresh thyme leave
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1/3 c white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs sugar
Preparation
Step 1
combined all ingredients except salad greens
cover and chill for 1 - 2 hours
serve on beds of salad greens
