Angel hair
White wine
Orange juice
Lots of basil
Cream
Shallots
Cognac
Orange and lemon zest
Extra virgin olive oil
Pecorino romano cheese – lots

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shallots in oil until transparent, add cognac, juices wine and zest. Mix together, add cream and some cheese. Toss with pasta and basil
then add more cheese.
