Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3-1/2 cups water
- 1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
BROWN meat in Dutch oven or deep large skillet; drain. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
STIR in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
TOP with cheese.
