Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup medium chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 flour tortillas cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Step 1

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat; drain. Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas, and 1/2 cup cheese. spoon into a 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
