Ingredients

  • 1-2 slabs baby back ribs
  • 2 large white onions, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) whole tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans (pureed)
  • 1 palm-ful cocoa powder
  • 1 palm-ful chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 8-10 shakes Worchester sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ribs 45 minutes at 450 degrees F. Saute' onions and celery in oil for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Pour off grease from ribs and add to pot. Cook for several more hours. Remove bones from ribs with tongs.
