Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can of beer
  • May substitute 3 cups of all purpose flour and 3 tsp baking powder and 1 1/2 tsp salt.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or spray 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients, mixing well

Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
