Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine oil, garlic, chili, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add chicken wings, mix around. Arrange wings on a cookie sheet.
Cook the wings for 1 hour or until crispy and cooked thoroughly.
