Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c milk
• 3/4 crumbled feta cheese
• 1/3 c. kalamata olives, chopped pitted
• 3 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp shortening or cooking oil
• 4 c. bread flour
• 4 tsp sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
• or 4 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
• 3/4 tsp slat
• 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

2 pound size. Add the ingredients to the machine according to the manufacturere's directions. Select the gasic white bread cycle.
