Combine wafer and melted butter. Press on bottom of pie pan. Chill 1 hour. In a medium saucepan, combine 1/3 C sugar and the gelatin. Stire in 1 C eggnog, 4 egg yolks and 1/4 t ground nutmeg. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Remove from heat. Beat in cream cheese and gradually stir in rum (or milk). Chill until partially set. Beat 4 egg whites, 1/2 C sugar and 1/2 C whipping cream. Fold into partially set mixture. Put in pie shell. Set overnight. Garnishwith shaved chocolate.
