- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Stick butter (melted)

Step 1
Mix yolks, lemon juice, salt, pepper. Add melted butter and stir together.
Microwave 45 seconds-2 minutes. Stop every 20-30 seconds and use whisk to stir. Do not over-microwave as it will curdle quick.
