  • 5 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 med red skin potatoes – cut into chunks

Step 1


Mix all ingredients except potatoes in small bowl

Place potatoes in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan or on shallow baking sheet; toss with mustard mixture.

Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender, stirring occasionally
