Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb. ricotta
- 1 lb. white confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- milk
- Decorated Candies of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
In another mixing bowl cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time alternating with ricotta and flour ending with flour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake about 12 minutes.
Icing:
In mixing bowl and all ingredients. You need to judge with the milk for the consistency of the icing.
