Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz water
- 2 tbsp beef boullion broth (granules)
- 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic

Preparation
Step 1
dissolve beef broth in water
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Chill for 4 hours
Put assorted chopped vegetables in bowl
Pour soup over vegetables
