Imperial Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 1/2 tub of Imperial Cheese
• 125 g cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp bourbon or Brandy
• 1/2 t curry powder
• Pecanschopped and tasted
• 1/4 jarBlack currant Jelly
• Raisins
• 2 tsp White vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream together.
2. Put in a serving bowl
Cover with chopped toasted pecans.
Melt 1/4 jar Black Currant Jelly (Safeway)
Add 2 tsp white vinegar and a handful of raisons or currants
Boil for 15 seconds.
Cool and pour over.
Serve with spice cookies.
