- 1 c butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 tbs lemon extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Step 1
cream butter and sugar
add eggs one at a time
beat well between eggs
add lemon extract - beat
add flour - beat until smooth
pour and spread in well greased cookie sheet
dollop pie filling onto 3-4 dozen squares
bake 325 oven
45 minutes
sift confectioners sugar on top while warm
