Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 lb. ricotta cheese
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 2 tsp. nut flavoured liquor
Preparation
Step 1
Whip the cream, and fold in the ricotta with a rubber spatula, working until the mixture is creamy. Fold in the sugar and liquor.
