Glass Corningwear with lid, place 1/2"inch water in bottom. Put corn beef in FAT SIDE UP. Sprinkle package seasoning on top. Set oven to 350 degrees, cook for 2 hours with LID ON. After 2 hours take out; test with meat fork, want fork to go in with resistance, YOU DO NOT WANT MEAT FALLING APART. Continue to check to not over cook. He usually cooks his 2 1/2 hours.
