Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 tsp salt (divided)
- 1 can Ro Tel diced tomtatoes, drained
- 1 can Ro Tel diced tomatoes w/chiles, drained
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 14 3/4 oz. can cream corn
- 12 oz fat free evaporated milk
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan over medium low heat melt butter. Add onions and 1 tsp salt: cook, stirring frequently until onions are soft, about 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingrediants and simmer for about 15 minutes so flavors can combine.
