  • 4 - 6 bonless skinless organic chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 eggs, beaton
  • 1 1/2 italian break crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation time 12mins
Cooking time 42mins


Step 1

Heat oven to 375F
Spray 12 x 9 pan with cooking spray
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Spread dijon on both sidees of chicken
Dip each piece (cut breasts in half and pound until thin if necessary - remove fat also)
Place on metal pan (lined with tin foil)
Bake uncovered for 25 mins
(may flip chicken half-way through to crisp both sides)
