Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups catsup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
In 4-quart casserole, arrange ribs, meatiest portions towards edge of dish. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover with lid. Place dish on oven roasting rack. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
Rearrange ribs once and baste with sauce occasionally.
