- 3 lg boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup Franks hot sauce
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tspn white pepper
- parsley (optional)
- canola oil for frying

Step 1
Heat oil in pan.
Mix hot sauce and chicken together until coated.
In a large bowl whisk flour salt, pepper, and parsley together. Add chicken by pieces to flour mixture excluding any excess hot sauce. Shake off any excess flour and fry in heated oil 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towel lined plates.
