Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix (betty Crocker Supreme Browie Mix)
- 1 pkg 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 12" pizza pan with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, mix brownie as directed. Spread into pan,
Bake 28-30 minutes or until toothpick instered comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread mixtre evenly over brownie base. Arrange berries over cream cheese mixture. Stir jelly until smooth. Brush over berries. Refridgerate 1 hour or until chilled.
