Poppy Seed Chicken
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 tbsp. Poppy seed
Cook (boil) chicken for 10-15 minutes. Cut up and put in bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream, soup, and onion and put on top of chicken.
Melt butter and mix with crackers and poppy seed. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
