Ingredients
- 5 Sweet Potatoes, cooked, peeled & mashed
- 1/4 tsp – Salt
- 1/4 Cup – Butter
- 2 Tbsp – Heavy Cream
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup – Butter, softened
- 1 tsp – Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp – Flour
- 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon
- 3/4 Cup – Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup – Sugar
- 1/2 Cup – Pecans, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix potatoes, salt, ¼ cup butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar & cream. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Mix rest of butter, flour, brown sugar & pecans. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
