Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dehydrated minced onion
  • 1 tsp. dehydrated minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract

Preparation

Step 1

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir in 1 cup water; bring just to a boil, stirring.

REduce heat and simmer, sitrring occasionally, 5 minutes. Cool or refrigerate until ready to use.
