Preparation
Step 1
1 can artichokes (drained – 6 oz) – chop up fine
Add approx. ½ tsp crushed garlic (1 large or two small cloves)
1 cup mayo
1 cup Parmesan
Add a little cooked chopped spinach for colour - optional
1 pkg Knor Cream of Leek Soup
1 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated) Blend all ingredients and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 for
30 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
