FROZEN FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients

  • Blend together until smooth, then put aside:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • Mix together:
  • 1 (10 oz.) carton frozen strawberries, thawed (with liquid)
  • 1 can (20/21 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • Fold into the above fruit mixture:
  • 1 carton (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Fold everything into the cream cheese mixture.
Freeze in an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Cut in pieces and serve slightly thawed.
