Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (8oz) egg noodles, prepared to directions
  • 6 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans (9oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (12oz) evaporated Milk
  • 2/3 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease 13x9" baking dish.

2. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 mins or until vegetables are tender. Stir in noodles, tuna, soup and evaporated milk; mix well. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips.

3. BAKE for 25-30 mins or until chips are golden brown.
