FRENCH CREAM FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 5 TBSP Flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk (whole)
  • 1 Cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook flour and milk together , stir until thick. Cool completely. Cream butter with flat beater, use wire beater add sugar. Beat unitil sugar is dissolved. Add cold flour mixture and whip add vanilla.

1 cup =16 TBSP
Triple batch 1 Cup minus 1 TBSP Flour
3 Cups Milk
