Ingredients
- 5 lbs Course Ground Pork Butt
- 1 TBSP Course Ground Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Salt
- 1 tsp. Anise Seed
- 6 Cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1 TBSP Fennel Seeds
- 1 Cup Red Wine or Ice Water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all spices and grind in coffee mill. Mix with liquid and pour over pork. Mix well. Broil under medium heat or pan fry.
