  • 5 lbs Course Ground Pork Butt
  • 1 TBSP Course Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 TBSP Salt
  • 1 tsp. Anise Seed
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, Pressed
  • 1 TBSP Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Cup Red Wine or Ice Water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all spices and grind in coffee mill. Mix with liquid and pour over pork. Mix well. Broil under medium heat or pan fry.
