Welsh Rarebit

Aunt Fannie used to fix this (this is her recipe). For a time, I thought it was "rabbit" and know I must have been petrified of having to eat it.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 quart milk
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- cheese to taste
- 2 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Make a white sauce, using butter, flour, milk, pepper, salt, paprika (may use a little less milk). Add grated cheese to suit taste.
Add 2 well beaten eggs.
Serve on toast
