  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 1 can (6-oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. minced ginger
  • 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs. molasses

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and cook in crock pot on LOW for 2 hours. Serve over rice.
