DUMPLINGS FOR STEW OR SOUP

- 2 cups Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 cup Milk (or water)
Cooking time 10mins
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Add liquid and mix into a batter that will drop from a spoon.
3. Drop mixture into boiling stew or soup….but be careful that there
Is plenty of liquid and no possibility of boiling DRY.
4. Cover tightly and cook undisturbed for 10-20 minutes, depending
on size of dumpling.
