Ingredients

  • * 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  • * 5 cups water
  • * 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • * 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • * 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • * 2 cups cut-up green beans OR 2 cups diagonally sliced fresh asparagus

Preparation

Step 1


Bring Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, water, onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green beans and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
