Ingredients
- 1 bag dry baby lima beans
- Celery - chopped
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 small onions, chopped
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- Catsup (until right color??)

Preparation
Step 1
Soak baby limas over night. Add a pinch of baking soda and boil until foam forms; put under cold water until foam is off
Put back on stove and cover with water. Add salt pork, onions; cook slowly until tender
Put in baking dish and add juices as needed – bake at 350
