Garlic Aioli

  • 1 c fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Add ingredients in blender. Blend well.

Serve this aioli as a dip, spread, or sauce—you can even slather it on chicken before baking.
