Sushi, filling for futomaki

Ingredients

  • Soak shiitake in water for 1/2 hr. Squeeze out water, remove stem.
  • Kampyo: Rub in salt, soak in water for 10 minutes anf wash off.
  • Carrots: Cut ins trips
  • 1 pkg dashi-no-moto
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water and seasonings.
Add all ingredients.
Boil gently until tender.
