Ingredients
- ½ cup white raisins
- ¼ cup cognac
- 6 tsp. butter
- ¼ cup chopped shallots
- ½ T. salt
- 1½ cups cooked white rice (or brown rice if you wish)
- ¼ chopped pistachios
Preparation
Step 1
Soak raisins in cognac for 10 or 15 minutes and then sauté them in the butter. Add the shallots and combine with the salt, cooked rice and pistachios.
