Crack Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 (3 oz.) bags real bacon bits
  • 2 pkg. ranch dip mix
  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients, mix in hash browns.

Spread into a 9" x 13" pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.

**You can divide the potatoes into smaller aluminum pans and freeze them. Put plastic wrap over the potatoes and then foil.
